Coming soon to JK Wildlife Management is our Field to Fork range. High-quality, locally sourced wild game harvested as part of responsible and sustainable wildlife management across Scotland.
Our aim is simple: make better use of the animals already being managed. Rather than allowing healthy, wild-sourced meat to go to waste, we are developing a process that takes game responsibly from the field through to a high-quality, traceable end product.
The range is expected to include wild rabbit and venison, with products such as whole prepared rabbit, premium mince, diced meat and other seasonal cuts. We also intend to utilise as much of each animal as possible, including developing natural dog treats and other by-products to further reduce waste.
For us, Field to Fork is a natural extension of what JK Wildlife Management already does — combining professional wildlife management, sustainability, local sourcing and responsible food production.
Wild. Local. Sustainable. Field to Fork.

Our wild game is sourced through professional wildlife management carried out across Scotland. Animals such as rabbit and deer are managed where populations require control due to environmental impacts, land management requirements, crop or habitat damage, or health and safety concerns.
Yes. Sustainability is at the heart of our Field to Fork approach. Rather than allowing animals removed during necessary wildlife management operations to go to waste, our aim is to utilise them responsibly and create a high-quality local food product.
Coming soon. We are currently developing the necessary processes, facilities and approvals to ensure our Field to Fork range meets the standards we expect before products are offered to customers.
