Coming soon to JK Wildlife Management is our Field to Fork range, featuring high-quality, locally sourced wild game harvested as part of our commitment to sustainable wildlife management across Scotland.
Our aim is straightforward: to maximize the use of the animals already being managed. Instead of allowing healthy, wild-sourced meat to go to waste, we are developing a responsible process that takes wild game from the field to a high-quality, traceable end product.
The Field to Fork range will include options such as wild rabbit and venison, with offerings like whole prepared rabbit, premium mince, diced meat, and various seasonal cuts. We also plan to utilize as much of each animal as possible, including creating natural dog treats and other by-products to further reduce waste.
For us, the Field to Fork initiative is a natural extension of JK Wildlife Management’s mission — combining professional wildlife management with sustainability, local sourcing, and responsible food production.
