Director Olivia plays a crucial role in the strategic direction and ongoing growth of JK Wildlife Management. She supports project planning, pricing, tender submissions, and business development, ensuring every client receives a professional and efficient service thanks to her wildlife control expertise. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and perfectionist approach, Olivia is passionate about upholding the high standards that the company is built upon. Her commitment to quality, organization, and continuous improvement helps drive the team forward. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys gardening, where her creativity and eye for detail reflect the same care and dedication she brings to JK Wildlife Management.

As Operations Manager at JK Wildlife Management, David brings a wealth of experience to the team, drawing from his distinguished military career where discipline, organization, and attention to detail were second nature. His role involves overseeing the planning and coordination of projects, ensuring that our wildlife control expertise delivers work safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our clients expect. David's regimented approach, strong team leadership, and problem-solving mindset ensure that projects run smoothly while upholding the professionalism that defines our business. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time fishing, where patience, precision, and a love for the outdoors perfectly complement his contributions to JK Wildlife Management.

Commercial Manager Sarah oversees business development, client relationships, and commercial strategy at JK Wildlife Management. She works closely with both clients and project teams, ensuring that every contract is executed efficiently, on budget, and to the highest standard. With a strong emphasis on team leadership and building long-term partnerships, Sarah is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and identifying opportunities that facilitate growth for both our clients and the business. Her proactive approach and wildlife control expertise, combined with attention to detail, make her an integral part of the leadership team. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys exploring the Scottish countryside, spending time with family and friends, and keeping active through hiking and fitness.

Apprentice Ewan is the newest member of the JK Wildlife Management team, where he is working closely with our Operations Manager, David McGuire, to enhance his skills in various areas including environmental projects, land management, and construction. As an Apprentice Operative, he plays a key role in supporting site teams, ensuring that all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and meets the high standards that our clients expect. With a strong enthusiasm for learning and a keen willingness to get involved, Ewan is gaining valuable hands-on experience while developing the practical skills essential for a successful career in wildlife control expertise. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys playing football, staying active, and spending time outdoors.

Office Manager Louie is our four-legged Office Manager and undoubtedly the most popular member of the team. Louie takes his responsibilities very seriously, from greeting visitors and boosting team morale to leveraging his wildlife control expertise during regular quality inspections of lunchboxes and ensuring everyone takes a well-earned break. While his administrative skills may be questionable, his enthusiasm and dedication to team leadership are second to none. When he's not supervising the office, you'll usually find him enjoying long walks, chasing tennis balls, demanding belly rubs, or catching up on an important nap in the sun. He firmly believes every successful business should have a resident sausage dog—and we're inclined to agree, especially at JK Wildlife Management.
